The primary goal is to invite Apparel Industries operating within the state to apply for empanelment as Training Service Providers (TSPs) . This initiative is exclusively for placement-linked training programs conducted under the Deen Dayal Upadhyay Kaushal Kendra (DDU-KK) component of the state government’s flagship scheme, “Mukhymantri Sarthi Yojna” (MMSY)

By empaneling apparel industries as “Captive Employers,” JSDMS aims to:

1. Ensure training is directly aligned with the actual operational needs of the industry.
2. Provide assured placement to trained candidates within the same industry (captive employment).
3. Enhance the employability of Jharkhand’s youth by making them “industry-ready” from day one.
4. Encourage industries to utilize their own in-house infrastructure for training, ensuring relevance and quality.

1. Applicants must be a legal entity Partnership firm, Pvt./Public Ltd. Company, LLP, Society, Trust etc with Minimum of 3 years as on the date of application.
2. Average annual turnover of at least INR 5 Crores in the last 3 financial years, with at least 50% of this turnover from operations in Jharkhand.
