Request for Proposal (RFP) for the Selection of a Swachhata Knowledge Partner (SKP) . This initiative aims to provide comprehensive capacity-building training under the Swachh Bharat Mission-Urban (2.0)
The core objectives of this engagement are:
1. To conduct a multi-stage capacity-building program for all stakeholders in the urban sanitation sector.
2. To enhance the performance and rankings of ULBs in the Swachh Survekshan 2026-27.
3. To promote best practices in urban sanitation and solid waste management, focusing on Garbage Free City (GFC) and Open Defecation Free (ODF) protocols.
4. To create a robust and resilient ecosystem capable of addressing long-term challenges in waste management through targeted training and digital interventions.
No Advance Payment (Payments will be made monthly against invoices submitted)
1. Organization must be a legally registered company, society, NGO, or Partnership firm in India.
2. Organization must have an experience in consultancy for Swachh Survekshan in 50 ULBs, including at least five ULBs with a population of over 3 lakhs.
3. Agencies must have experience in executing at least one capacity-building program for Central/State Govt with a minimum value of ₹2 Crore.
4. Organization minimum average annual turnover of ₹10 Cr over the last three financial years.
5. Organization must have undertaken at least 100 classroom training sessions (min. 30 participants each) in the relevant field in the last 7 years.
